Key Responsibilities
· Drive annual and quarterly revenue targets through new client acquisition and account expansion.
· Lead the complete business development cycle: lead generation, pitch, pursuit, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
· Develop and execute strategies for high-value client acquisition in the US Telecom and Energy Utility sectors.
· Build strong executive relationships with client stakeholders – CxOs, VPs, Directors.
· Ensure long-term strategic client partnerships with multi-year revenue growth.
· Mine existing accounts for upselling and cross-selling digital and engineering solutions.
· Own pipeline management, deal progression, and sales forecasting.

Must-Have Experience
· 10–15 years of successful business development experience in the US region with a strong focus on Telecom or Energy Utilities clients.
· Proven success in acquiring mid-to-large US clients and achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
· Experience selling complex digital/IT solutions: DevOps, Cloud, DataOps, AI/ML, Analytics, Mobility, App Development.
· Deep understanding of sales strategies in regulated industries like Telecom and Utilities in the US market.
· Strong connect with decision-makers in US organizations (CTO, CIO, CEO, VPs).
· Track record of consistently delivering year-on-year growth.
