Digital Marketing Lead / Specialist
Location: Bangalore (Remote/Hybrid possible)
About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Branding (3–5 years’ experience) who can both think and rollup the sleeves to execute. This role requires someone who is structured and proactive, with the ability to execute various marketing initiatives, with strong ability to coordinate and execute planned campaigns.
You will work closely with leadership, sales, and engineering teams to shape the company’s brand, develop marketing initiatives, and drive high-visibility digital programs including LinkedIn engagement, webinars, and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan editorial calendars and track engagement metrics
- Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing initiatives targeting technology leaders and decision makers
Webinars & Increasing Engagement
- Plan and host webinars and digital sessions focused on technology, engineering, and digital transformation
- Coordinate speakers, content preparation, invitations, sales teams and follow-up
- Ensure professional execution and audience engagement – pre and post webinar
Website & Content Coordination
- Coordinate website updates, case studies, and marketing content
- Work with designers and developers to maintain quality and consistency
- Translate technical inputs into clear, engaging content
Marketing Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to support campaigns and outreach
- Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Ensure brand consistency across presentations and marketing materials
Company Positioning Initiatives
- Drive programs that enhance leadership visibility through content, webinars, and campaigns
- Coordinate closely with senior leadership to shape messaging and communication
Brand Development
- Build and strengthen the company’s brand presence in engineering and digital transformation domains
- Identify themes and narratives that position the company as a trusted technology partner
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Business preferred)
- MBA in Marketing, Strategy, or similar field (preferred)
Experience
- 3-5 years in digital marketing, branding, or B2B marketing
- Experience in LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, or thought leadership initiatives
- Exposure to IT services, engineering services, or technology environments preferred
