Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver Year-on-Year and Quarterly Sales Targets (Revenue & New Client Wins)
- End-to-End responsibility for New Business Development and Account Mining
- Proven track record in:
- Lead Generation
- Pursuit Management (Creating interest, delivering compelling win strategies)
- Deal Closure
- Account Development / Mining
- Building long-term client relationships and generating multi-year revenue streams
- Drive impressive year-on-year revenue growth and new client acquisitions
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 5 to 10+ years of proven experience in selling Digital & IT Services in the US market
- Hands-on experience in managing Telecom clients or accounts
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Proven ability to win and grow mid-sized and large client accounts in the US region
- Strong CXO-level relationship management (CEO, CTO, CIO, VP, Director)
- Excellent pitching, presentation, and deal negotiation skills
- Strong background in account mining and revenue expansion
- Capable of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Experience working with Digital / IT Services organizations focusing on the US market
- Sound understanding of Digital Technologies & IT Solutions
- Consistent record of client wins and revenue achievements over the past 5 years
- Continuous learner – eager to adopt new technologies and innovative deal-making approaches
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
