| Requirement | Designing overhead transmission lines, preferably to voltages of at least 345 kV. |
| PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE Software Experience is mandatory. CAISSON and PLS-TOWER are optional. |

| Foundation Design Experience utilizing MFAD and/or L-Pile software. | |
| Guy anchor design, Tubular steel pole and lattice tower design experience. | |
| Detailed drilled pier foundation design, soil anchor design utilizing helical piles and or grouted anchors. |
|
| Develop loading drawings, framing drawings, assembly drawings, plan and profile drawings, etc. | |
| Good knowledge about industry codes and recommendations such as NESC, RUS Bulletin 1724E-200, CA-PUC GO95, and ACSE 10, 48, 74, 91, 104, 123 and 141. | |
