Zscaler Architect

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3 years focused on Zscaler solutions or similar cloud-based security platforms.

• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Zscaler architecture, features, and functionalities. Experience with advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization of ZIA and ZPA.
• Networking Knowledge: Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and VPN technologies.
• Security Expertise: Familiarity with network security principles, firewall configurations, and threat management.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Zscaler Certified Professional, CompTIA Security+, or similar are preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Scripting: Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and reporting purposes.
• Project Management: Experience managing projects or initiatives related to network security or cloud technologies.
• Experience working in a Managed and Professional Services team
