Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive enterprise business development for USA & Canada markets.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through new client acquisition and account expansion.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into high-value opportunities in Cloud, ADMS, and Digital IT Services.
- Build and manage C-level relationships (CXO/VP/Director) to influence decision-making and close deals.
- Conduct strategic account mining and drive long-term business growth.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle management – prospecting, pitching, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Represent the organization in international client meetings, events, and business trips.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and revenue realization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 12+ years of IT Services / Digital Solutions sales experience in the US market.
- Strong track record in Cloud and ADMS enterprise sales with proven revenue contribution.
- Ability to engage, pitch, and influence senior client stakeholders (CXO/VP/Director level).
- Must have experience in hunting new logos as well as farming existing accounts.
- Strong understanding of Digital, Cloud, and ADMS market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Energetic, ambitious, and capable of working in individual contributor roles with ownership mindset.
