Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Order Management & Supply Chain Specialist to lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain execution. This role requires deep expertise in order lifecycle, PO management, rack manufacturing coordination, and contract manufacturing support, while serving as a primary point of contact for US-based teams and customers during PST hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end order management: validation, confirmation, issue resolution, and delivery tracking.
- Manage complex PO lifecycle activities including approval backend data, exception handling, and financial reconciliation.
- Provide leadership in rack manufacturing lifecycle management – forecast alignment, BOM validation, WIP tracking, quality outputs, and expedite handling.
- Lead contract manufacturing order management including STO closure, CM inventory health reporting, and dropship orders.
- Deliver executive-level reporting on supply chain KPIs, open/closed POs, and resolution metrics.
- Mentor and guide junior specialists to strengthen team capability.
- Act as a key liaison for US teams and stakeholders, ensuring proactive communication and alignment.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in global supply chain operations, procurement, or order management.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
- Experience in rack manufacturing and contract manufacturing processes is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to manage escalations, resolve supply chain discrepancies, and lead reporting initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams.
- Strong leadership and mentoring ability.
