Responsibility:

The skilled and proactive Package Responsible Engineer (PRE) for Rotary / Static Equipment. In this role, engineer will be responsible for the complete technical follow-up of equipment packages—from specification and procurement to manufacturing, testing, delivery, and final handover. This includes acting as the main technical liaison between suppliers, engineering disciplines, procurement, and the client.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the technical lead for rotary/static equipment packages such as compressors, pumps, turbines, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other mechanical/static items
  • Must have experience in handling and executing Norwegian projects.
  • Knowledge on NORSOK standards is must.
  • Solid understanding of international standards such as API, ISO, ASME, DNV, Danish legislation
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, including specifications, datasheets, and procurement packages.
  • Technical evaluations and procurement support in bidding & supplier selection.
  • Ensure supplier deliverables comply with applicable codes, project specifications, and client requirements.
  • Follow up on supplier progress, documentation, quality control, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
  • Coordinate interfaces with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.
    Participate in technical clarification meetings, design reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and handover phases.
    Maintain thorough documentation and regularly update progress reporting systems
