Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Order Management & Supply Chain Specialist (Junior) to support global supply chain operations. The role focuses on order lifecycle, PO management, and data/reporting activities, while closely collaborating with US-based teams and customers during PST business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order intake, validation, confirmation, and issue resolution.
• Track and report order status, ensuring on-time fulfillment.
• Support PO lifecycle management – maintain trackers, validate PO-to-invoice matching, assist in approvals.
• Handle exceptions and provide daily/weekly reporting on supply chain activities.
• Assist with inventory visibility, delivery confirmation, and RMA processing.
• Work in real time with US stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Order Management / Supply Chain / Procurement support.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (SAP or equivalent).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets reporting skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable working in global customer-facing environments.
