Job Summary:

A Detail-oriented and highly skilled BIM Engineer with proven expertise in Autodesk Revit to support design, modeling, and coordination of complex building systems for semiconductor or pharmaceutical facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP, architectural, or process piping modeling and should be familiar with cleanroom environments and high-tech industrial standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage 3D BIM models using Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP systems for pharmaceutical and semiconductor projects.
  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure model integrity and clash-free designs.
  • Support process piping, HVAC, cleanroom layout, and utility modelling as per project requirements.
  • Implement BIM standards, LOD definitions (100 to 400), and company CAD/BIM protocols.
  • Conduct clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools and issue coordination reports.
  • Extract 2D drawings, fabrication drawings, BOMs, and schedules from BIM models.
  • Perform as-built modelling and incorporate redline markups and site changes.
