Overview

InOpTra’s primary focus is to ensure the right design to cater process requirements and economic objectives as well as sustain the performance of the Optimization asset with periodic maintenance. We support Optimization projects in continuous, batch or semi-batch processes and discrete manufacturing alike.

InOpTra Optimization and Process Control team have extensive experience in providing Engineering services involving consulting, design, implementation, testing and commissioning of optimization solutions by synergizing with the site team.

InOpTra also conducts both generic and customized training programs and workshops to upskill site personnel in optimization tools

Process Optimization

InOpTra team brings extensive expertise in providing full project cycle engineering services from site survey and feasibility study to post implementation maintenance. Our services are software licensor agnostic.

Our team works with the site engineers to leverage all the prominent features of the software suite to develop a best fit control strategy, which maximizes and sustains profit.

Advanced Process Control (APC)

APC represents the pinnacle of industrial automation, utilizing sophisticated algorithms and data analytics to optimize complex processes beyond traditional control methods.

InOpTra’s experienced APC engineers collaborate with the APC end users i.e. the process plant and provide engineering services in versatile capacity.

Our engineers perform pre-implementation feasibility studies, post implementation benefit estimations, APC implementations, PID tuning, IQ modelling, revamp and migration of APC assets, post commissioning maintenance, provision of site resident engineers and APC audits to assess the performance and reliability.

Real Time Optimization (RTO)

Traditional RTO’s and dynamic RTO’s have been used extensively in Petroleum Refining for decades. When applied across the value streams, RTO offers increased profit realization and easy integration with planning targets, therefore ensuring complete closed loop optimization.

InOpTra serves the Refining space with consulting, implementation, integration and maintenance of RTO.
