The client is a provider of institutional pharmacy services, specializing in measuring, tracking, and distributing prescribed medications for patients in long-term care settings. Based out of Oklahoma.

Client's Challenge

Our healthcare client was facing significant challenges in managing and analyzing the large volumes of data generated by medical devices and healthcare systems. Their hybrid environment, which combined public and edge clouds, added complexity to managing technology assets and delivering services to their customers.

The client’s engineers were manually entering data into spreadsheets and relying on traditional methods for analytics. This approach was not only inefficient but also prone to errors and inadequate for handling large datasets.
